PE hot melt film widely applied in cutting embroiderer and all kinds of laceworks,etc.and instead of water-soluble liner and bottom liner.
Our products have following strong points:
1. Low temperature and low pressure peeling (110℃~130℃ about 5 min to 8 min ).
2. Press-pattern, grainy hole which will fix its positin in order not go move, and the glue film is ventilate and will not to stick cloth.
3. The needle is durable and uneasy to break, so will protest the cloth complete.
10 machines only need 2-3 worker to operate.
4. The cloth is smooth, soft, good-looking after embroidering, which avoid shrinking, shading, etc. by ater paper.
5. Without formaldehyde and formalin which is bring fog children`s clothes.
